Vinyl Flooring
Vinyl flooring is tough, scratch resistant, waterproof and long-lasting, while also being one of the least expensive flooring types. It's water resistant nature makes it ideal for use in wetter rooms like the bathroom and kitchen. Vinyl floors are available in a wide range of styles and designs, which can mimic wood, tiles, stone and even metal, offering a choice of various different colours and hues. It is easy to clean and can come cushioned, which makes it softer and therefore kind to the feet when walking on it.
Cork flooring
Cork Flooring is a popular and eco-friendly material that is culled from the bark of the cork tree rather than being sourced by felling. For this reason, it is a sustainable and renewable wood. Its softness makes it kind to the feet and it is also fire-resistant and sound proof. Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring is not actually real flooring but looks like it, with the appearance being provided by a photographic image of wood. This is placed on top of a core board made of compressed fibres and the material is covered in a melamine wear layer, which is what gives laminate flooring its famed toughness. It is less likely to scratch than wood and easy to clean, making it ideal for a crowded and busy house.
